Remember- Tuesday is the last day for late/missing work from Feb.

If you are a senior and need this credit to graduate, don't let it get away from you. There are not a lot of grades in this class, and with late points off, it will soon be a point of not being able to pass the class.

Fri- Equipment and Reading a Recipe Welcome to Culinary Nutrition or in other words Intriduction to Foods! This is a very practical, hands-on class that will incorporate nutritional information with cooking labs that will help you learn your way around a kitchen and a recipe. We do not cook every day, so don't expect that, but we do cook a lot! So, welcome, and I hope you will enjoy the class!
